- Mission support. Most of this pays stipends for Bible workers in the 10/40 Window, some covers stipends for literacy instructors, and some goes for church and facility construction.
- Mission promotion. Through the use of television programming, newsletters and other communication tools, we aim to underscore the great need for Christian witness and evangelism within the 10/40 Window. Among the 4.5 billion people who live in that region 2.76 billion are unreached by the gospel. This area contains 97 percent of the unreached people on earth.
- Administrative expense. A volunteer staff runs Gospel Outreach. There are no salaried employees and no mortgages. Administrative overhead averages less than 3 percent.
